Abstract

A company in carrying out its activities, both companies engaged in the fields of industry, trade and services will strive to achieve the goals set previously. The success of a company is strongly influenced by the performance karyawanya. Has become a sure thing that the company will always strive to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether training, competency and Motivation significantly influence employee performance in PT Perwira Ekadharma Pratama Sidoarjo. The population in this study were employees of PT Perwira Ekadharma Pratama . The sampling technique is sim ple random sampling using the formula proportionate stratified random sampling in order to get as many as 65 respondents. The research method using multiple linear regression analysis. Results and hypotheses indicate that partially or simultaneously training, competency and Motivation significantly influence employee performance in PT Perwira Ekadharma Pratama.
