Abstract
Stock market is a container for companies who are willing to be publicly listed and their stock can be bought by the investors who are looking for profit. This thesis’s purpose is to ease investors to choose which company is profitable. By that author examine the effect of profitability ratio which are Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) toward the stock price’s of sub sector hotel, restaurant, and tourism in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2015-2018. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is 37 companies, and the sample is 22 companies. Data analysis method used in this thesis is Multiple Linear Regression. By the result of F test, the value of F is 55,641 with 3,10 Ftable value , this means simultaneously ROA, ROE, and EPS have effect toward the stock price of sub sector hotel, restaurant, and tourism in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2015-2018. Meanwhile by the result of t-test, the value of t of every variable are -0,365, 0,228, 10,890 with 1,98861 and -1,98861 t table value, these interprets that only EPS which has partial effect toward stock price, meanwhile ROA and ROE each has no partial effect toward the stock price of sub sector hotel, restaurant, and tourism in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2015-2018.
