Abstract
This study aims to explain the effect of store atmosphere and product completeness on purchasing decisions by using the research object at the Nasional Kitchen store in the city of Kupang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population used is consumers who have made purchases at the National Kitchen store. The sampling method used was accidental sampling technique with a sample of 108 respondents. All data testing uses PLS. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the store atmosphere and product completeness have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the National Kitchen store in the city of Kupang. The results of the research are in accordance with research conducted by Yuliani et al., (2021) showing that store atmosphere has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and research conducted by Masibnuk et al., (2019) shows that the completeness variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
