Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership and assertive leadership simultaneously on role conflict in CV. Soledad and The Sisters Company Surabaya (2) the influence of leadership partially on role conflict in CV. Soledad and The Sisters Company Surabaya (3) the influence of leadership assertive communication partially on role conflict in CV. Soledad and The Sisters Company Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of the CV office. Soledad and The Sisters Company Surabaya. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, which is taking all 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that (1) leadership has a significant effect on conflicting roles of CV. Soledad and The Sisters Company Surabaya, indicated by the significance value of t = α = 0.05 (0.009 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of -0.259 and tcount (-2.813) <ttable (-2.052). (2) Assertive Communication Leaders have a significant effect on conflicting roles of CV. Soledad and The Sisters Company Surabaya, indicated by the significance value of t = α = 0.05 (0.024 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of -0.273 and tcount (-2.401) <ttable (-2.052). (3) There is an influence of leadership and assertive leadership simultaneously on the role conflict of CV. Soledad and The Sisters Company with a significance value of f of α = 0.05 (0,000 < 0.05) and value of Fcount (80.607)> Ftable (3.34).
