Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction level of Pos Indonesia website users using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) so that website managers can obtain an overview of user satisfaction levels and also as material for future evaluation. End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is a model used to measure the level of user satisfaction. The variables used in this research are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire filled out by 400 users of the Pos Indonesia website covering 19 questions related to the five variables studied. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS software. From the analysis carried out, it showed that 88.3% of users were satisfied using the Pos Indonesia website. And based on the F test it shows that five variables simultaneously/jointly influence the satisfaction of Pos Indonesia website users.
