Abstract
The East Java Education Quality Assurance Agency (Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan or LPMP Jawa Timur) is an institution under the Ministry of Education and Culture, tasked with assisting the government in improving the quality of education in schools from the elementary to upper secondary levels. One of the issues faced is the high number of education quality improvement inquiries coming from various schools across East Java, ranging from elementary schools to upper secondary schools. The current offline methods of seeking assistance by visiting the LPMP Jawa Timur office or making phone calls are deemed insufficient to accommodate the needs of teachers who want to inquire about school education quality due to time constraints and geographical distance. To address this issue, a web-based Weekly Complaint Service Information System was developed using SAP Power Designer 15.2 to create the Entity Relationship Diagram and Data Flow Diagram. Additionally, an online tool called io.draw was utilized to create the flowchart. The system was programmed in PHP and used a MySQL database. It was tested using the blackbox testing method. The resulting system from this design allows teachers to inquire about education quality matters to the administrators of LPMP Jawa Timur through an online platform.
