Abstract
The E Buk Kades application for the DPMD of Jombang Regency is applications that play an important role in improving the quality of the field of facilities and village infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to test the system for ensure existing applications run according to functionality and find deficiencies in the application so that improvements can be made so that it is more optimal. Testing focuses on the functionality and performance of the application it uses Black Box Testing with Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value methods Analysis. Based on the test results, it is known that the use of Equivalence Partitioning in the E Buk Kades application is more dominant for testing features data entry, features in the form of options, as well as buttons. As for the Boundaries Value Analysis is more dominant in testing features that have a range such as character, budget proposals, and budget recommendations and scores obtained effectiveness of 77.33% which is in the category of quite effective and still necessary improvement and development of the system in order to achieve value maximum effectiveness so that functionality runs more optimally. The final result to testing is knowing the value of the effectiveness of the scenario results testing, recommendations for improvements, as well as designing the necessary improvements.
