Abstract
Effectiveness is an accuracy between expectations, implementation, and results achieved. An activity is said to be effective if in its implementation there is a match between expectations and the results achieved. This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the Samsat Lesehan (Leyeh-Leyeh Sambil Pengesahan) program in the payment of motor vehicle tax and annual vehicle registration authorization in Nganjuk Regency. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative methods. The focus of the study is based on Makmur's theory (2015: 7), namely the accuracy of time determination, accuracy of cost calculations, accuracy in measurement, accuracy in determining choices, accuracy of thinking, accuracy in carrying out orders, accuracy in determining goals and accuracy in targeting. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results obtained are: 1) The element of accuracy in determining the time is right and effective, the selection of service days is adjusted to the schedule of other Leading Samsat services, while the timing is adjusted to the operational schedule of Samsat. (2) The element of accuracy in calculating the cost is right and effective, the tariff charged is in accordance with the vehicle registration payment notice (3) The element of accuracy in the measurement is less precise and less effective, because of aspects of the service target has not been achieved even though the aspect of service duration is in accordance with set time standards. (4) The element of accuracy in determining the right and effective choice, the choice of service is based on the aspects of affordability, the center of the crowd, the centrality and strategic area. (5) The element of accuracy of thinking is quite precise and quite effective, the socialization carried out is less extensive so that there are people who do not yet know the schedule of Samsat Lesehan. (6) The element of accuracy in carrying out orders is appropriate and effective, the commands given can be carried out properly. (7) Accuracy in determining goals is appropriate and effective, because it is able to provide facilities for people in the outermost areas of Nganjuk Regency to pay taxes. (8) The accuracy of the target is appropriate and effective because it is able to reach people living in the outermost areas in Nganjuk Regency which are far from the main service and other superior services.
