Abstract
The East Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur or Kejati), is one of the government institutions in East Java Province. One of its departments oversees and manages the development of human resources. Therefore, the East Java High Prosecutor's Office has developed the Information Management System for Letters and Leaves in the Development Department, known as SIMURTI BIDANG PENGEMBANGAN KEJATI. Simurti Jatim is an information system situated in the Human Resources Department which is responsible for the regulation of incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as the authorization of employee leave, within East Java High Prosecutor's Office. Data collection is carried out through literature review and conducting interviews with field supervisors. The system design employs the utilization of Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) and is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. After conducting testing, the system functions as intended, which is for archiving letters and monitoring employee leave within the East Java High Prosecutor's Office, and the system works well without any malfunctions.
