Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has an impact on various fields, one of which is the library. As one of the fields affected by the rapid development of technology, the library sector is adapting to the emergence of digital library applications. Among several parties implementing digital libraries is the National Library which launched the iPusnas application. The existence of digital service transformation certainly has a different experience from physical libraries, including the notification bar and bookmark features which are still not optimal in the iPusnas application. Meanwhile, an important criterion in any technology is user acceptance. Thus, this research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of digital library applications, namely iPusnas. This research was conducted by adopting the UTAUT model which had been adjusted and modified with a case study with the theme of user acceptance of the iPusnas application. The UTAUT model was chosen because it is the most frequently used model to determine user acceptance. This study used a sample technique in the form of purposive sampling with a total sample of 400 users of the iPusnas application in Indonesia. Tests in this study used the SEM-PLS technique and Smart-PLS software. The results of the study show that the variables performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, service mobility, user innovation, and intention to use have a positive and significant effect on the acceptance of the iPusnas application. Meanwhile, the effort expectancy variable has a positive but not significant effect on the acceptance of the iPusnas application. This research is expected to provide knowledge and insight into the factors that influence user acceptance of the iPusnas application.
