Abstract
The importance of occupational health and safety for workers has prompted the government to urge company employees to participate in the BPJS Employment program. Where it is beneficial for the welfare of the employees themselves. However, in reality in Bojonegoro there are still many company employees who have not participated in the Bojonegoro Employment BPJS program because the quality of service is not optimal and word of mouth is still not good. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of service quality and word of mouth on the decision to participate in the Bojonegoro Employment BPJS program. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from literature and the internet. The population in this study amounted to 681,000 participants. The method used is Probability Sampling which uses the Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample in this research is 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) service quality can improve participation decisions in the Bojonegoro Employment BPJS program. (2) Word Of Mouth is able to increase participation decisions in the Bojonegoro Employment BPJS program Keywords: Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, Participation Decision, Employment BPJS.
