Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and test the effect of performance allowances, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Sidoarjo district regional financial and asset management agency. In this study using quantitative methods with the research object of financial management bodies and regional assets of Sidoarjo district. The data used in this study uses primary data. The method used to determine the sample in this study uses the Simple Random Sampling technique using the slovin formula. Based on predetermined criteria, there were 60 employees who were selected as samples so that the amount of data used as samples was 60 employees. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that work benefits, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance, namely 52.5 and the remaining 47.5%. influenced by other variables outside the variables used in this study.
