Abstract
Bangkalan Regency with its large coastal area makes this district has abundant fisheries and marine resources. In the coastal sea there is a science of SPL (Sea Surface Temperature) which functions to review potential areas for fishing and making water buildings. Things that are influenced by SPL are weather conditions, seasons, and the marine atmosphere. At present, to get information about SPL can be seen using remote sensing satellite imagery. The method used in this research is remote sensing using Aqua MODIS satellite image data with the help of the SeaDas application. The data used in Aqua MODIS satellite imagery is 2019-2021 data for North and South Bangkalan, with wavelengths of 412 nm, 531 nm and 667 nm. The results of the analysis and discussion of satellite image data concluded that the best data was the 2021 image data. The correlation value of insitu SPL data with image SPL data in North Bangkalan with a value of 0.860370378, while in South Bangkalan with a value of 0.859077304. For the best algorithm model on the North coast of Bangkalan, namely at a wavelength of Rrs_412 nm, the logarithmic equation with the SPL = 2.155ln (x) + 40.767 algorithm model and R² = 0.6917 and a correlation value of 0.921483 which has a very strong positive relationship interpretation. As for the best algorithm model on the South coast of Bangkalan, namely at a wavelength of Rrs_412 nm, the linear equation with the SPL = -325.39x + 32.864 algorithm model and R² = 0.7561 and a correlation value of 0.958599 which has a very strong positive relationship interpretation. For the comparison of SPL in the North and South of Bangkalan Madura using insitu data and satellite image data, through the Independent T-Test Test both state that there is a significant difference between SPL in North and South Bangkalan. With the image SPL value in South Bangkalan Madura tends to be higher in the range of 28.83 ° C - 31.88 ° C while in North Bangkalan Madura in the range of 27.56 ° C - 30.66 ° C.
