Abstract
Humans are social beings who cannot live alone, especially in meeting the needs of everyday life. During the Covid-19 pandemic, people's survival was hampered, especially in the economic sector. The industrial revolution 4.0 was implemented by the government to deal with this problem so that it can suppress the Indonesian economy, including in Sidoarjo. Increasing the number of digital economy industry players in Sidoarjo is given full support by the government. This adds to the urgency in designing Rental Offices as a place for the existing z generation. In the design of the Rental Office, which has carried out an analysis of facts, issues, and objectives related to the existing conditions of the site, the theme "Gladden Workspace" is determined with the aim of creating a pleasant workplace with a behavioral architectural approach so that it will be guided by the behavior of the z generation in each of its designs. Furthermore, the application of the Human Centered Design method can support the achievement of a complete design by providing a unique shape and various facilities according to the behavior of the z generation. The design of the Rental Office is expected to provide a sense of comfort for building users and increase the productivity and economy of Sidoarjo Regency.
