Abstract
DKI Jakarta is one of the biggest cities frequently visited by foreign tourists, with an increase in tourist arrivals coming to DKI Jakarta causes acculturation between domestic cultures with foreign countries so that it makes it easier for people to try and enjoy cultural products. The impact given from industrial development culinary, namely increasing the interest in culinary society with this case and also in the plan to improve the economic and social sector is needed a public forum that can improve and accommodate the economic sector. Effort capacity of all the famous culinary culture in Jakarta in need of a building container that can accommodate the creative economy sector in the culinary field With the increase in civilization, the probability of a new culinary culture will emerge enjoyed by the public will increase. The result of the realization of Jakarta Culinary The Tourism Center is obtained from a theoretical review using an architectural approach contemporary as a form of diversity in the culinary world in Jakarta. Through embodiment of the outer and inner spatial arrangement of the Jakarta Culinary Tourism CenterIt is hoped that it can accommodate culinary products and as an educational toolcomfortable and memorable atmosphere for local and foreign tourists.
