Abstract
The purpose of the writing was carried out to test and prove the influence of human resource competence and top management support on regional management information systems and the quality of financial reports in the local government of Magetan Regency. This writing uses a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study was distributed to state civil servants (ASN) in regional apparatus organizations (OPD) in Magetan Regency. The data analysis technique used in this paper is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. the results of this writing indicate that the competence of human resources does not contribute to the regional management information system. Top management support contributes to the area management information system. Human resource competence contributes to the quality of financial reports. Top Management support does not contribute to the quality of financial statements. Regional management information systems contribute to the quality of financial reports.
