Abstract
In Surabaya, startups that offer various breakthroughs and creative services continue to grow. Now Surabaya has entered a new era of startup growth, the era of independent learning, and becoming an actor in the entrepreneurial and creative industry is the right choice. The Surabaya City Government also consistently supports the growth of this startup. As a city with the second largest economy in Indonesia, Surabaya has an excellent opportunity to become a center for the development of technology-based startups in Indonesia. However, this also needs to be supported by worker welfare and user facilities that are able to accommodate workers' needs. The design concept uses 6 sustainable architecture principles according to (Sassi, 2006) which include Land, Energy, Water, Materials, Health and Well Being and Community with the use of the workplace wellbeing theme which is based on decreased work productivity capable of creating a social platform as a place that provides comfort and happy atmosphere in the work environment. With the existence of facilities that accommodate user activities and support the development of technology-based companies, it is expected to be able to revive creative industries in Surabaya which can facilitate digital industry players in carrying out creative and innovative activities.
