Abstract

This research actually looks at the role of leaders in PT Molindo Raya Industrial, especially in the operational division. Where according to researchers the operational division plays an important role in directing the company. Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy Theory itself is a supporting variable to see the role of the leader in the Operational Division of PT Molindo Raya Industrial, where later researchers will see whether the leadership has carried out the leadership process properly. The research method used is a type of qualitative research. The informants in this study were staff from the operational division of PT Molindo Raya Industrial, and the number of informants taken was 10 people from field representatives. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that : the implementation of Abraham Maslow's hierarchy theory regarding the hierarchy of employee needs has been carried out by PT Molindo Raya Industrial well. From the five aspects of the needs that must be met by the company, all of them have been carried out properly. In addition, the leadership of the company plays a very good role in helping employees obtain these needs.
