Abstract

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) under the auspices of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company. PT. Petrokimia Gresik is engaged in the production of fertilizers, chemicals as well as construction and engineering services.. Analysis of the effectiveness of pre-transfer mathematic activities at PT. Petrokimia, Gresik based on the results of the data from 1 April 2021 to 2 May 2021. In my opinion it was very effective because in this activity a result of 40.49% was obtained to reduce failure in the activity of transferring the phosphor gypsum material, because the activities after the pre-transfer matameter was more effective compared to the activities before the pre-transfer matameter was carried out. From the data above it is possible that there are also other factors that can affect the data, for example the frequency on truck scales, incompetent human resources, the water content of the phosphor gypsum product itself, etc. This shows that the activities after the pre-displacement matameter is more effective for future use.
