Abstract
This Field Work Practice provides an overview of the cement production system and human resource management (HRM) in PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Operational Plant Tuban. The study investigates the cement production process, including raw material sourcing, manufacturing techniques, quality control measures, and environmental considerations. Additionally, it examines the human resource management practices within the organization, focusing on areas such as recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee welfare programs. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data was collected from various sources, including interviews, observations, and company records. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the cement production system and HRM strategies in PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, providing insights for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and promoting employee satisfaction in the Tuban operational plant.
