Abstract
This abstract provides an overview of the carpet production system and human resource management at PT. Classic Prima Carpet Industries. The study focuses on understanding the production process of carpets and the company's approach to managing its human resources. The carpet production system at PT. Classic Prima Carpet Industries involves various stages, including design, material selection, weaving, dyeing, and finishing. The company utilizes advanced technology and machinery to ensure high-quality carpet production. This study examines the efficiency and effectiveness of the production system, analyzing factors such as production capacity, workflow, and quality control measures. In addition to the production system, the study also investigates the management of human resources at PT. Classic Prima Carpet Industries. This involves examining recruitment and selection processes, training and development programs, performance evaluation methods, and employee engagement initiatives. The aim is to evaluate the company's HR practices in terms of their alignment with industry standards and their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity. The research methodology for this study involves a combination of primary and secondary data collection.
