Abstract
The purpose of this research for: 1) analyze the amount of profit earned and the level of business feasibility in Mr. Karlim's tempe agroindustry in Sepande Village, Sidoarjo Regency and 2) analyze the amount of added value obtained in Mr. Karlim's tempeh agroindustry in Sepande Village, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Location selection was selected by purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observations and interviews conducted with Mr. Karlim as the owner of the tempeh agro-industry. Secondary data was obtained through data from the Sepande Village apparatus and literature related to the research topic. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The data analysis used is profit analysis and R/C analysis as well as added value analysis using the hayami method. The results showed that the profit obtained by Mr. Karlim's tempeh agroindustry was Rp. 388,353 in one production process. The business feasibility of Mr. Karlim's tempeh agroindustry is 1.26. The results of the R/C showing a value > 1 indicate that Mr. Karlim's tempeh agroindustry is still feasible to run. The added value obtained by Mr. Karlim's tempeh agroindustry is Rp. 5,840/kg with an added value ratio of 31.14% which means that the added value of Mr. Karlim's tempeh agro-industry is included as moderate added value.
