Abstract
This study aims to provide an overview or results of financial performance in the Regional Government of the City of Surabaya for the 2018-2021 period. This research method is a quantitative descriptive statistics. The data collection technique uses observation, which is carried out by observing financial statements. This study uses secondary data, namely in the form of the Surabaya City Regional Government Budget Realization Report for the 2018-2021 period. This study uses financial ratio analysis: the ratio of the effectiveness of regional original income, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of the degree of fiscal decentralization, and the ratio of spending harmony. The results of this study are the Financial Performance of the Regional Government of the City of Surabaya when viewed from the Effectiveness Ratio of Local Own Revenue during the 2018-2021 period on an average of 95.33%. Then from the Independence Ratio during the 2018-2021 period it is in the delegative category or is no longer dependent on central government assistance funds. Meanwhile, the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio during the 2018-2021 period averaged 95.33%. And the Regional Expenditure Ratio during the 2018-2021 period, the average Operational Expenditure Ratio was 76.69% and the Capital Expenditure Ratio was 26.00%.
