Abstract
Local Government Budget or what is commonly referred in Bahasa as APBD describes the rights and responsibilities in the administration of regional government as assessed by financial ratios, including all forms of wealth related to regional rights and responsibilities within a period of one year. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Gresik Regency Government for the 2017 – 2021 fiscal year by using a financial performance assessment based on the calculation of the effectiveness and efficiency ratios in the Budget Realization Report. This research was quantitative descriptive method and used secondary data objects that taken from the Regional Budget Realization Report (LRA). The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Gresik Regency Government catogorized as effective and efficient.
