Abstract
BUMDes Surya Sejahtera is a BUMDes that is in the in Kedungturi, Taman, Sidoarjo. BUMDes Surya Sejahtera has 4 enterprise units namely UED – SP, Unit Pertokoan, TPST (Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Terpadu), and Unit Usaha Kemitraan. BUMDes Surya Sejahtera is a BUMdes that became a role model for other BUMDES in the Sidoarjo district because of the lending units to reach a billion rupiah as well as the first Mou units of Unit Kemitraan and sewing in the district. The research aims to describe and analyze the development strategy seen from the development of enterprises, the development and development of marketing networks, the growth and funding used by BUMDes Solar Climate. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research showed that the development of enterprises has been well done where the enterprise units are increasingly developing according to the needs of the community and also empower the community, development of the marketing network has been done a lot through the establishment of cooperation with some related parties in which it is useful to help the development efforts of BUMDes, and capital development has also been gained a lot from the society to reach the billion rupiah so that BUMdes continues to develop.
