This study aims to determine the effect of commitment, compensation, and conflict on employee turnover intention. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya. This research was conducted on all employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya, totaling 40 people. This study uses primary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sample technique uses a likert scale. Analysis test was carried out with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, F test, and t test as well as using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that the t test produces t count 2.903 for commitment and 3728 for compensation which is greater than t table 2.028, while the conflict is -1.712 less than t table. Partially commitment and compensation have an effect on employee turnover intention, while conflict has not partially affected employee turnover intention. The F test produces an Fcount of 10.389 > Ftable 2.86 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
