Abstract
The purpose of this study is toexamine how the effect of leverage, liquidity, and company size on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2021. This study used quantitative methods using secondary data. Leverage, liquidity, and company size were independent variables in the study. While the dependent variable uses financial distress measured by Earnings Per Share (EPS). Purposive sampling was used to produce a population of 27 companies and 81 samples over 3 years. Logistic regression analysis is the chosen analysis technique. As a result of this study, neither leverage, liquidity nor company size had any influence on financial distress.
