Abstract
Roads are a very important and primary means of supporting the smooth running of land transportation. The Pantura Line (North Coast Line) is one of the routes along the north coast of Java Island, especially between Jakarta and Surabaya which has very high significance and is the main artery of land transportation. Probolinggo Regency is one of the areas traversed by the Pantura Route which makes it an area known for its dense traffic levels. Along with the level of traffic density that passes on the road, it causes various obstacles, one of which is traffic noise. Noise from the highway comes from heavy vehicles (HV), light vehicles (LV) and motorcycles (MC). One of the public health facilities affected by noise is the hospital. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between vehicle volume and noise caused by traffic at 15 points around the hospital. Graha Sehat, Hospital. Waluyo Jati, and RSIA. Fatimah, which is located very close to the dense pantura route area. This study uses a Geographic Information System to create thematic maps in order to get better results which are carried out during rush hours, namely at 07.00 - 09.00 in the morning and 16.00 - 18.00 in the afternoon. From the calculation of the noise level, it was found that the highest noise in the morning was in the hospital. Graha Sehat on Jl. Raya Panglima Sudirman (Point 1) with a value of 78.11 dBA which was caused by the dense traffic volume at the hospital. Graha Sehat on Jl. Raya Panglima Sudirman (Point 1) of 1820.75 SMP/hour so the noise generated is also very large. The results of calculations using the multiple linear regression method, obtained an R2 value of 0.974 at the RS. Graha Sehat on Jl. Raya Panglima Sudirman (Point 1) with a very strong positive correlation value of 0.985 for MC vehicles. It can be concluded that the positive correlation means that the more the volume of vehicles, the noise level received will also increase. Keywords: Vehicle Volume, Noise, Mapping, Hospital
