Abstract

Customer loyalty is a very important factor for a company to maintain its business continuity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty at 3Second Royal Plaza Surabaya Distro. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. A sample of 100 respondents who are customers of the 3Second Royal Plaza Surabaya Distro uses a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that brand image and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in purchasing products at 3Second Royal Plaza Surabaya Distro. Partial influence, brand image partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty.
