Abstract
Environmental hygiene is essential for human health and the surrounding living things. However, the smokers has grew ignorant about the fact and one of the growing concern is the careless disposal of cigarette butts. Cigarette butts are one type of waste that falls into the category of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3), indicating the type of hazardous waste that needs special treatment in its management. This careless disposal of cigarette butts has become a habit for a long time due to a lack of education about the dangers that cigarette butts possess to the environment. Cigarette butts have great benefits and are useful to society if managed properly. If people aware of these benefits, the careless disposal of cigarette butts behaviour can be reduced. The social campaign "Save the Benefits of Cigarette Butts" is a creative solution to educate the public about the benefits of cigarette butts for environmental conservation.
