Abstract

The Flo Health app is a period tracker, fertility calculator, menstruation and pregnancy calendar for women that generates predictions accurate and reliable regarding the day of the month and ovulation. This study aims to determine the level of user experience assessment Flo Health application and know the things that are a priority for improved based on user experience. Measuring tools used in this research is HEART Metrics with sub-variables Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention and Task Success. The method used is Importance Performance Analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 400 Respondents with the minimum criteria for using the Flo Health application have using the menstrual calendar and female adolescents aged 10-24 years. Based on the results of the HEART Metrics analysis, the application's user experience level Flo Health obtains high criteria at the Level of Usability. All sub variables have achieved the desired goals except for the Adoption sub-variable. On results Importance Performance Analysis statements that need to be evaluated and priority is increased to A1. Suggestions on this problem are provide some instructions for use so that new users do not have trouble in using the menstrual calendar.
