Abstract

ABSTRACT BAGAS ARDI PRADANA, 18042010147, THE INFLUENCE OF WORKLOAD, INCENTIVES AND WORKING HOURS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT KUMON PUSKOPAD. This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Incentives, and Working Hours on the Performance of Kumon Puskopad Employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 20 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis through the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 29 Program. Based on the research results it is known that simultaneously Workload, Incentives, and Working Hours have a significant influence on Employee Performance, and simultaneously partial Workload has a positive and significant effect on Kumon Puskopad Employee Performance. Meanwhile, incentives and working hours have no significant effect on the performance of Kumon Puskopad employees. Companies need to pay attention to Workload, Incentives, and Working Hours which will improve the Performance of Kumon Puskopad Employees.
