Abstract
This study aims to analyze what factors affect the average productivity of crop yields and analyze what factors affect the average productivity of rice farming yields in Pojokwatu Village, Sambong District, Blora Regency. This research was conducted in September 2022, the population in this study were rice farmers in Pojokwati Village with a total of 40 respondents who were selected using Simple Random Sampling. The results of the analysis of technical efficiency using the Stochastic Frontier Production Function show that there are three variables that have a significant effect on the efficiency of the use of production factors in rice farming in Pojokwatu Village, namely: land area, labor, and pesticides. While the fertilizer and seed variables have an effect but not significant. The magnitude of technical efficiency is 0.85, price and economic efficiency is 14 and 11.9 indicating that rice farming in Pojokwatu Village is not technically, economically and price efficient. Farmers are expected to be able to use all the factors of production proportionally so that the production process can run effectively and efficiently and is profitable for farmers and need to get counseling and guidance in conducting rice farming in order to increase knowledge and insight in developing their farming.
