Abstract
Perception of communication is a form of interpretation of a person in defining an object or something from what he thinks based on many factors. As technology develops, a person has many factors in carrying out perceptual activities. These factors can come from many things. In an increasingly advanced era, many circles of the car community have been viewed badly by the general public. The presence of the car community is often seen as bad because of their negative behavior. This study aims to change the general public's perception of the existence of a bad car community. The research used in-depth interview data collection techniques. The subjects of this research are people who have been involved in CSR activities carried out by the Honda Brio Surabaya car community. The type of research that the author makes uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that CSR activities carried out by the Honda Brio Surabaya car community can change perceptions that were initially bad for the better Keyword: Perception, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Car community
