Abstract
A Monoisopropylamine Plant from Acetone, Ammonia and Hydrogen Hydroamination with Nickel and Silicon Dioxide Catalysts with a capacity of 35,000 tons/year will be built in Ciputat Industrial Area, South Tangerang, Banten. The raw material used is Acetone obtained from PT. Graha Jaya Pratama Cengkareng, Ammonia obtained from PT. Mitra Tsalasa Jaya Tangerang, Hydrogen obtained from PT. Putra Sinar Gas Tangerang, Nickel obtained from PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park West Jakarta, and Silicon Dioxide obtained from CV. AdyWater Bandung. This factory is planned to work continuously with a production time of 330 days per year. Provisions for the establishment of the planned Monoisopropylamine Plant can be summarized as follows: Capacity : 35,000 tons/year, Form of Company : Limited Liability Company (PT), Organizational System : Line and Staff, Factory Location : Ciputat, South Tangerang, Banten, Land Area : 20,000 m2, Operation System : Continue, Operation Time : 330 days/year, 24 hours/day, Number of Employees : 177 People, Construction Period : 2 Years, Factory Age : 10 Years, Fixed Capital (FCI) : IDR 353,059,400,306, Working Capital Investment (WCI) : IDR 455,075,010,249, Total Capital Investment (TCI) : IDR 808,134 ,410,556, Raw Materials (1 Year): Rp. 1,283,680,039,026, Utilities Costs (1 Year): Rp. 18,404,148,287, Total Production Cost (TPC) : Rp. 1,820,300,040,997, Bank Interest: 9% / year , Return on Investment Before Tax : 24.85%, Return on Investment After Tax : 18.64%, Internal of Return (IRR) : 17.54%, Payback Period (PBP) : 2 years 7.3 months, Break Even Point (BEP) : 40.38%
