Abstract
The Leadership Administrative Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province is one of the bureaus in the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province. This bureau was formerly known as the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau. However, over time, according to the mandate of Permendagri Number 56 of 2019, a replacement bureau was formed as outlined in the East Java Governor Regulation Number 48 of 2020, namely the Leadership Administration Bureau which took effect from January 1, 2021. The task of this bureau is to assist the General Assistant in preparing policy implementation and monitoring and planning evaluation at the Regional Secretariat. The Leadership Administration Bureau is divided into 3 sections, namely the Planning and Personnel section, the Material and Communication section, and the Protocol section. In the Planning and Staffing section, ASN often makes official trips for both inner-city and out-of-town services. We want to record ASN official trips in an application which will make it easier for this section to recapitulate ASN data that has taken official trips. To make this happen, we were assigned to design an SKPL (Software Requirements Specification) document for the ASN Official Travel Information System at the Leadership Administration Bureau so that in the future it will make it easier for the application developer to build the application.
