Abstract

In 2022, the need for co-working spaces in Indonesia is increasing. This shows that the development of co-working spaces in Indonesia is quite rapid. However, most co-working space orders are still made by coming to the co-working space in person. The purpose of this research is to determine user needs and application requirements specifications, create application interface solutions, and develop solutions to make it easier for users to order co-working spaces through mobile applications. This research will discuss application interface design using the User Centered-Design (UCD) method because this method focuses on the user and pays attention to user needs so that the resulting design can meet user needs. The evaluation phase will be carried out in terms of usability with usability testing and in terms of interactive design principles using heuristic evaluations conducted by experts. In this study, two redesigns were carried out to improve usability and one redesign after heuristic evaluation, so that the resulting design is good in terms of usability and heuristic principles. Keywords: Co-working Space, Interface Design, User Experience Design
