Abstract
The National Narcotics Agency (abbreviated as BNN) is an Indonesian Non-Ministerial Government Agency (LPNK) which has the task of carrying out governmental duties in the field of prevention, eradication of abuse and illicit traffic of narcotics, psychotropics, precursors and other addictive substances except addictive substances for tobacco and alcohol. Over time, more and more people need services from the National Narcotics Agency and also the rampant cases of abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics have caused a lot of data to come in without being properly managed. So that if at any time you need archives in the past, it will take time to search for these data. In line with the development of information and communication technology, a Service Information System (SIMPEL) was built at the BNN in East Java Province. Data collection was carried out by studying the literature and conducting interviews with related parties in the use of this system. System design using UML and database design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The system was built using the PHP programming language using a PHP-based framework that is widely used, namely CodeIgniter (CI), and the database used is MySQL. The result of this design is a web-based Service Information System (SIMPEL) for BNN East Java Province, with the function of recording and managing data on service recipient communities, and facilitating the flow of existing services at BNN East Java Province.
