Abstract
This study aims to examine (1) the effect of internet banking on financial performance; (2) the influence of internet banking on financial performance is moderated by internal control. This research uses quantitative methods. The subject of this study was Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2018. The sample used in this study was 28 conventional commercial banks. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using warpPLS 6.0 for windows. The results of this study are (1) internet banking influences financial performance; and (2) internal control moderates (weakens) the influence of internet banking on financial performance.
