Abstract
This study has the main objective, namely to find out whether customers knowledge,Customers sexperience, consumer knowledge, and consumer satisfaction have an influence on repurchasing Scarlett Whitening products. Research is quantitative research. The population in this study are users of Scarlett Whitening Products in the Surabaya area. With the criteria of having used Scarlett products more than once. The required sample is 100 respondents.The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the research object. The data collection technique usedin this study was aquestionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Thus the results of this study namely simultaneously and partially customers knowledge,customer experience, customers satisfaction, have an influence on repurchasing Scarlett Whitening products (Studies on Scarlett Whitening users in Surabaya) Keywords: consumen knowledge, consumen experience, consumer satisfaction, repurchase intention
