Abstract
Business credit (KUR) is the foundation built by the Government in advancing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Collaborating with public, private and regional banks to cooperate in channeling KUR. The fluctuations in KUR distribution by channeling banks tend to be influenced by both internal and macroeconomic factors. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of bank financial ratios such as Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as well as macroeconomic influences such as inflation on KUR distribution in each Channeling Bank for the 2018-2021 period, totaling 40 banks. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique so that a total of 23 banks were obtained. The analysis technique carried out in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results of the F (simultaneous) test show that Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on Distribution of KUR. The results of the t (partial) test found that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Inflation had a negative but not significant effect on the distribution of KUR while the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a positive and significant effect on the distribution of KUR in channeling banks for the 2018-2021 period. .
