Abstract

The interest of the Sawahan community in consuming the type of mustard pakcoy is quite large, but so far there is still a lot of suplay from the Malang area and its surroundings. The purpose of the study was to determine the best dose of cow manure and the concentration of japer liquid complementary fertilizer for the growth and production of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) crops. This research was carried out in thevillage of Bareng, Nganjuk Regency, East Java Province with a height of 933 meters above sea level. This research was conducted in October – Desember 2022. This study was a factorial experiment compiled using a Randomized Group Design (RAK) and repeated three times. The first factor is that the dose treatment of cow manure consists of three levels and the second factor is the concentration treatment of japper liquid complementary fertilizer consists of three levels, as follows; Factor I: Dose of cow manure (D) with 3 levels of treatment D1: 90 grams/polybag, D2: 135 grams/polybag, D3: 180 grams/polybag and Factor II: Concentration of japper liquid complementary fertilizer (K) with 3 levels K1: application of japper liquid complementary fertilizer 15 ml/liter, K2: application of japper liquid complementary fertilizer 20 ml/liter, K3: application of japper liquid complementary fertilizer 25 ml/liter. The results showed that the effect of cow manure dose on pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L.) has a noticeable difference in the number of leaves and the diameter of the stem. The number of leaves parameter shows a 5% BNJ value of 0.22 at the age of 25 HST. In the bar diameter parameter shows a 5% BNJ value of 0.04. had noticeable differences in plant length, number of leaves, and wet weight of plants. In the plant length parameter shows a BNJ value of 5% of 0.38. In the parameter of the number of leaves on the plant shows a BNJ value of 5% of 0.31. Japper liquid fertilizer treatment had a very noticeable effect on the age of 30 HST which was highest at a concentration treatment of 20ml/liter (14.19 strands). In the wet weight parameter in plants shows a BNJ value of 5% of 3.11. The application of japper liquid complementary fertilizer with a concentration of 20ml / liter showed the best results on the wet weight parameter of rootless plants with an average value of 177.75 grams.
