Abstract
This study aims to find out how the relationship between fathers and children is, which was carried out by YouTuber Fadil Jaidi and his father. The theory used in this research is Liliweri's five family communication relations. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data was obtained by analyzing three content on Fadil Jaidi's YouTube channel entitled "All Day Follow Pak Muh", "Pah Adil Uses Tattoos", and "What's Your Name?". The results of the research are based on data analysis with 5 (dimensional) family communication relations from Liliweri regarding the relationship between father and child in Fadil Jaidi's YouTube video, Pak Muh's relationship with Fadil Jaidi as father and son is different from other content creators in making video content, seen in the three The concept of existing video content is different from other YouTube content. Fadil Jaidi produces video content starting from the dimensions of openness, empathy, support, positive feelings, and similarity which as a whole contain the closeness of fathers and children. This is rarely found in other creator content. Fadil strengthens the prank content with kinship, which makes the content widely watched and focuses on the relationship of family harmony between children and fathers.
