Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Non Performing and Loan to Deposit Ratio on the stock price and Capital Adequacy Ratio as a variable interverning at the banking companies listed the Indonesia Stock exchange period of 2016-2018. This research was a quantitative approach where the data source was from the financial statements by the Company published by banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 43 Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, but which meet the criteria as there are only a sample of 25 banking companies. The analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. this study found that (1) Non Performing Loan has no effect to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has effect to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect to the Stock Price (4) Non Performing Loan has effect to the Stock Price (5) Loan to Deposit has no effct to the Stock Price (6) Non Performing Loan has no direct effect Stock Price through the Capital Adequacy Ratio (7) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no direct effect Stock Price through the Capital Adequacy Ratio.
