Abstract
Cryptocurrency is a digital-based money exchange medium has a physical form in the form of coins that are made using cryptographic functions for security in conducting financial transactions. Like all currencies, user can store, exchange and pay. As of August 2022, total crypto investors in Indonesia reached 16.1 million. Cryptocurrencies have a price fluctuating so that it can be used to trade or often called trading. However, there are lots of people who want to trade or Invest in cryptocurrencies but don't know what coins are potentially good and generate profits. The purpose of this research is to help make it easier for traders or investors in selecting coins, get the position of the purchase price and price sell the best by utilizing Artificial Intelligence in the form of chatbots. On In this research, an information system based on cryptocurrency chatbots was created on whatsapp application that utilizes the public API of the market binance with implementing Natural Language Processing as a bridging Virtual Assistant between information from the binance web and traders or users. Where is this chatbot besides being able to respond to conversations, it can also send automatic messages in the form of signals with the help of MACD and RSI indicators. The system is designed using language Javascript programming (Node.js) and API programming. The results of chatbot testing are carried out using black box testing, usability testing with the Bot Usability Scale (BUS), accuracy testing with the confusion matrix model as well as validation tests based on expert opinion with the Cohen's Kappa approach. in blackbox testing shows that the chatbot successfully responds to messages that are sent via WhatsApp, starting from just an empty conversation according to knowledge until it sends the message automatically. the results of accuracy testing with the confusion matrix model obtained a value of 72.2% and the validation results used Cohen's Kappa method shows a result of 0.815. Finally, the results of the usability test with the BUS-15 model, the value of Cronbach's Alpha α = 0.893 is obtained.
