Abstract
The background of this research is that with the development of information and communication technology, BPJS Kesehatan presents a new media innovation, namely Mobile JKN, to make it easier for participants to make data changes in their membership status in the JKN-KIS Program. It is hoped that with this innovation, it will be easier for the public and they don't have to bother coming to the BPJS office to get information and administrative services. This study aims to determine the perceptions of the people of Surabaya towards the features of the Mobile JKN technology-based health insurance service. This study uses the theory of perception. Perception is all the process of selecting, organizing, and interpreting information input. There are three main components of perception namely Selection, Interpretation, Reaction. This perception theory is used to look at the perceptions of the people of Surabaya towards the features of the Mobile JKN technology-based health insurance service.The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interview techniques.
