Abstract
This study aims to determine the production process, calculate the added value and income from coffee processing produced by De Karanganjar Koffieplantage Blitar. Respondents in this study were all workers at De Karanganjar Koffieplantage. The research method uses the Hayami Method. The results of the research show that the processing flow of robusta coffee is through sorting, pulping, drying, hulling and roasting processes. After going through the roasting process, it is then refined and packaged into Robusta coffee powder. The added value obtained by De Karanganjar Koffieplantage in processing roastbean coffee is classified as moderate (15-40%) which is Rp. 5,019/kg with a percentage of 36,90%. Meanwhile, the added value of processing robusta coffee is relatively high (>40%) at Rp. 63,283/kg with a percentage of 87.89%
