Abstract
The development of information technology is currently experiencing rapid growth very fast in all aspects of life. With the existence of information technology increasingly growing easier for users to use the system information. Technological developments that occur show that technology Current information is not a demand for companies or organizations. PT. PLN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the electricity sector which controls, provides, and serves the electricity needs of the community. PT. PLN (Persero) continues to strive to improve electricity services to all customer. To improve electrical services PT. PLN (Persero) provides innovation in the form of PLN Mobile Application development. With the PLN Mobile Application, users will get information updated electrical services and can register independently accordingly with the needs of each user, and can find out the cost calculation. The purpose of this study is to determine the behavioral factors that affect users in receiving the PLN Mobile Application. Research methods The model used is UTAUT whose model has been modified with seven variables consisting of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Trust, Information Quality, and Behavioral Intention. Sampling using the Probability Sampling Technique, with random sampling type. The number of samples is 400 urban community users Surabaya which has used the PLN Mobile Application. The research data were analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPls 3 software. Based on the results analysis obtained that the factors that influence Behavioral Intention or User behavior towards the PLN Mobile Application consists of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Social Influence (p-value < 0.05) while Trust, Information Quality has no positive effect and no significant to Behavioral Intention.
