Abstract
The NaI NuI store is a shop that sells groceries, snacks and drinks. Every month the number of requests at NaI NuI stores varies, this causes the amount of inventory supplied to be uncertain. The problem that arises is the difficulty in determining the amount of goods that must be provided for the following month so that they can still meet customer needs and not cause a buildup of goods in the long term. The shop owner has not implemented any method of supplying the goods. Therefore, to overcome this, a good management solution is needed in the form of a predictive system for sales and inventory. This study uses the Double Exponential Smoothing method to predict sales in the next period and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is used to predict inventory. Testing the accuracy of system prediction results in this study uses the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The MAPE average value for the 10 sales prediction data is 17.42%, which means that the values and forecasting methods used are good and feasible to use.
