Abstract
Infrastructure development is very important in supporting the economic activities of the community. With the development of infrastructure in the form of flyovers in Surabaya, it is one of the infrastructure developments that aims to improve the quality of community economic activities. The purpose of this Practical Work is to gain experience and understand the implementation of construction work and the methods used in the construction process. The location of the West Outer Ring Road (JLLB) construction project is the 2nd phase which is at STA 00+000. This project connects Lakarsantri – Sememi Highway. Based on observations of the West Outer Ring Road (JLLB) phase 2 flyover construction project in the city of Surabaya–Gresik, it can be concluded that in general the lower structure work on the West Outer Ring Road (JLLB) phase 2 flyover construction project consists of piling work and pile cap work. Project planning is carried out by PT. Dewanto Media, KSO. Equipment used during the project according to the specifications required. In the implementation of the project there is an accumulated delay of 8.25%.
